Are you new to Tallahassee, designated as Essential Personnel or unfamiliar with FSU’s Essential Personnel policy? This training is for you. SPEAR is a free online course that reviews types of weather emergencies and other disasters and how to prepare yourself and your family.
The Cognitive Processing Therapy group at the FSU Psychology Clinic offers a 12-week evidence-based treatment via weekly Zoom sessions to address trauma symptoms related to sexual assault or abuse. Conducted by supervised clinical psychology doctoral students, the therapy focuses on improving PTSD understanding, reducing distress and emotional numbing and enhancing day-to-day functioning for survivors.
