The Florida Institute for Child Welfare (FICW), housed in the FSU College of Social Work, invites FSU students, faculty, staff and members of the Tallahassee community to register by Thursday, April 9, for its inaugural Golf Invitational on Monday, April 13, at Seminole Legacy Golf Club, with teams of four available for $500.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is now available at the FSU Psychology Clinic for adults ages 18 and older who struggle with chronic insomnia — difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep or waking too early.

Evidence-based group treatment for survivors of sexual assault

The Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) group at the FSU Psychology Clinic is an evidence-based treatment to address trauma symptoms related to actual or threatened sexual assault or sexual abuse.

The Graduate School is pleased to announce the return of the Three Minute Thesis (3MT™), a globally recognized research communication competition developed by The University of Queensland, Australia. The Spring 2026 competition is open to currently enrolled FSU graduate students (master’s and doctoral) who have completed at least 18 graduate credit hours. Register to participate by Friday, Feb. 13.
