FSU’s Information Technology Services is kicking off Cyberween, a five-question online cybersecurity game running now through Friday, Oct. 31, where FSU competes against 11 other Florida universities. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia

Group dialectical behavior therapy is available at the Florida State University Psychology Clinic for individuals age 18 and older who struggle with intense emotions or distress, interpersonal problems, impulsive behaviors or suicidal and/or self-injurious urges or behaviors.

This 12-week group teaches parents effective strategies for managing behavior at home, school and in public places.

Wilderness First Aid Course Graphic

Ready to level up your outdoor safety skills? The Wilderness First Aid (WFA) Certification Course will take place at the FSU Lakefront Park from Saturday, Feb. 21, through Sunday, Feb. 22. This two-day course is a great opportunity to learn essential first aid skills for outdoor and backcountry settings. Registration is handled through FOLC Farm. The cost is $245 for students and $295 for non-students.

Teen Emotion Skills Training

The Teen Emotion Skills Training groups helps pre-teens and teens develop emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills. If your teen struggles with impulsive or reckless behavior, self-injury or suicide related thoughts or behaviors, or difficulties getting along with others, the therapists at the FSU Psychology Clinic can help.
