The Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) group at the FSU Psychology Clinic is an evidence-based treatment to address trauma symptoms related to actual or threatened sexual assault or sexual abuse.

Group dialectical behavior therapy is available at the FSU Psychology Clinic for individuals age 18 and older who struggle with intense emotions or distress, interpersonal problems, impulsive behaviors or suicidal and/or self-injurious urges or behaviors.
The Teen Emotion Skills Training group helps pre-teens and teens develop emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills. If your teen struggles with impulsive or reckless behavior, self-injury or suicide related thoughts or behaviors, or difficulties getting along with others, the therapists at the FSU Psychology Clinic can help. Please note, this group is not for teens whose difficulties are related primarily to autism spectrum disorder.
