The FSU Psychology Clinic offers Group Dialectical Behavior Therapy for individuals aged 18+ dealing with intense emotions, interpersonal issues, impulsive behaviors and suicidal or self-injurious urges. The therapy covers four rotating modules and meets weekly either in person or over Zoom, with each session costing $12.

The Teen Emotion Skills Training groups help pre-teens and teens develop emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills. If your teen struggles with impulsive or reckless behavior, self-injury, or suicide-related thoughts or behaviors, or difficulties getting along with others, the therapists at the FSU Psychology Clinic can help.
The Cognitive Processing Therapy group at the FSU Psychology Clinic offers a 12-week evidence-based treatment via weekly Zoom sessions to address trauma symptoms related to sexual assault or abuse. Conducted by supervised clinical psychology doctoral students, the therapy focuses on improving PTSD understanding, reducing distress and emotional numbing and enhancing day-to-day functioning for survivors.
