Start with Olympic Lifting (SWOL) is officially open for registration! This four-week class, led by USA-W coaches, will help you master the clean, jerk and snatch, building strength, confidence and technique. Session 1 runs from Feb. 10 to March 5, and Session 2 from March 18 to April 10. Registration for both sessions is available on Rec Connect for $75 each.
The FSU Department of Art History invites you to join the 41st annual Graduate Student Symposium on Feb. 28 and March 1. This year’s keynote speaker is Elizabeth Cropper, a specialist in Italian and French Renaissance and Baroque art and art literature.

Join Relay For Life of FSU on Saturday, Feb. 8, as we lace up our running shoes and gather at the Integration Statue on the beautiful FSU campus for our annual spring 5K in honor of Cancer Awareness Month. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m., and the race will start at 9 a.m. All the proceeds raised from the race will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online.
Nominations are now open for the Ralph Stair Prize in Innovative Education at FSU. This award recognizes innovative educational approaches with significant impact potential. All FSU faculty, instructors, lecturers, adjuncts and others involved in teaching are eligible. Submit your nominations by Feb. 27.
