Do you want to start your fitness journey but don’t know where to begin? This small group personal training program is designed for beginner-level participants embarking on their fitness journey! You and three others have the chance to meet with a nationally-certified personal trainer and work your way to completing your fitness goals.

Registration is now open for this month’s virtual interactive REDCap Fundamentals training session taking place from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18. The training is presented by the FSU College of Medicine Network for Clinical Research, Training and Community Engagement. Content is aimed at new users with no previous experience.
