Teen Emotion Skills Training Group

Group Treatment for Teens with Impulsive Behavior, Intense Emotions, & Interpersonal Problems

The Teen Emotion Skills Training Group is a program focused on building skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and other skills that are demonstrated to improve personal and interpersonal well-being. This evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group is for pre-teens and teens who exhibit impulsivity, emotional dysregulation, self-injury or suicide related thoughts and behaviors, or difficulties maintaining relationships. Sessions cost $12 and will be held weekly starting in early 2025.
