Evidence Based Treatment for Disruptive Child Behaviors

The Parent Strategies Group at the FSU Psychology Clinic teaches parents evidence-based skills for managing child misbehavior and encouraging appropriate behavior at home, school, and in the community. Paying attention to appropriate behavior, allocating privileges for appropriate behavior, and implementing consequences for disruptive, noncompliant, or defiant behavior are only some of the useful skills covered in the program.
