Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is now available at the Florida State University Psychology Clinic for adults age 18 and older who struggle with chronic insomnia — difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep or waking too early.

The Teen Emotion Skills Training groups helps pre-teens and teens develop emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills. If your teen struggles with impulsive or reckless behavior, self-injury or suicide related thoughts or behaviors or difficulties getting along with others, the therapists at the FSU Psychology Clinic can help.

This is an opportunity during our Alumni Week to learn from past graduates as they share their success stories and entrepreneurial journeys, as well as to connect with past and current students. Comm Engag Research Award

Applications are now open for the Community Engaged Research Partnership Award to recognize and support tenured mid-career and senior faculty at FSU who are committed to research collaborations with community partners. Applications for this program must be submitted by 4:59 p.m., Friday, Jan. 9.
