The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Distinguished Service Award was established in 1986 to honor a faculty member, administrator or staff member for their outstanding service in keeping with the principles and ideals of Dr. King. While the award is a tremendous honor, it also carries a $1,000 stipend for the recipients. Nominations must be submitted by noon on Monday, Dec. 16.

FSU College of Social Work fall 2024 graduates and their guests are invited to join us for our Fall Graduation Event from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13 at the Student Union Ballrooms. The event will include a formal event and a reception to follow. Graduates are required to wear regalia to participate. Students will be provided with six tickets for their guests.
