The FSU Marine Lab is now accepting applications for the FSUCML Diving Scholarship. This scholarship provides funding for deserving FSU students to become Scientific Divers. The application deadline is Sept. 30.

Dr. Lorenz will discuss Roseate Spoonbills and American Flamingos and the importance of conserving their nesting spots in the Everglades.

FSU Faculty member Dr. Josh Breithaupt will discuss coastal wetlands and mangroves, and the importance mangroves have in sequestering carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
Play for the Bay is a benefit golf event hosted by the FSUCML for the purpose of raising funds that reach beyond university and grant funding to ensure that sufficient monies are available to continue the mission of FSUCML, particularly as their work relates to the bays and estuaries along Florida's Forgotten Coast.
