Back by popular demand, the Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) mobile returns to FSU on September 11 and 12, 2019, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. The FLOW mobile will be located between University Center A and B near the Garnet and Go to provide several useful services.
