Water Safety Day at FSU Lakefront Park Featuring Life Ring Dedication for Aden Perry

Water Safety Day will be held at FSU Lakefront Park from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Sunday, Sept. 29. The free event will offer tips and tricks about water safety, activities, games and food trucks. There will also be a Life Ring Dedication Ceremony for Aden Perry.

Join the Child Welfare Immersive Collaborative Simulations (CWICS) to experience realistic child welfare environments, practice leadership, and enhance critical thinking skills. Register by Oct. 6 and complete the required pre-work to participate.

REDCap Fundamentals, Wednesday, September 18, 2-4 pm

Registration is now open for this month’s virtual interactive REDCap Fundamentals training session from 2 to 4 p.m. EDT on Sept. 18. The training is provided by the FSU Network for Clinical Research, Training & Community Engagement, specifically designed for beginners with no prior experience.

REDCap Lunch Learn and Share, Tuesday, September 24, 12-1 pm

Registration is open for the virtual REDCap Lunch, Learn and Share session at noon on Sept. 24, featuring a demonstration by Dhruv Kale on using REDCap for a patient portal. This monthly series helps FSU REDCap users learn about new features, share usage examples and discuss best practices.
