As part of the Department of Student Support & Transitions, the Food for Thought Pantry is dedicated to supporting student success by providing free food to currently enrolled FSU students experiencing food insecurity.
The Institute for Trauma & Resilience studies with campus partners has developed a free "toolbox" of stress, coping and resilience resources for students. These tools offer insights into stress management and understanding traumatic experiences, and can be used independently or alongside counseling services.
The FSU Psychology Clinic offers Group Dialectical Behavior Therapy for individuals aged 18+ dealing with intense emotions, interpersonal issues, impulsive behaviors and suicidal or self-injurious urges. The therapy covers four rotating modules and meets weekly either in person or over Zoom, with each session costing $12.
The FSU Psychology Clinic is currently offering group treatment to teach skills for managing excessive clutter and improving the ability to remove items from your home.

The Teen Emotion Skills Training groups help pre-teens and teens develop emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills. If your teen struggles with impulsive or reckless behavior, self-injury or suicide-related thoughts or behaviors or difficulties getting along with others, the therapists at the FSU Psychology Clinic can help.
The Cognitive Processing Therapy group at the FSU Psychology Clinic offers a 12-week evidence-based treatment via weekly Zoom sessions to address trauma symptoms related to sexual assault or abuse. Conducted by supervised clinical psychology doctoral students, the therapy focuses on improving PTSD understanding, reducing distress and emotional numbing and enhancing day-to-day functioning for survivors.
