Deadline Approaching to be a 2023 Tech Fellow
This message has been approved by David Advent, CRE Assistant Director, for distribution to students.
What is A Tech Fellow?
The Center for Undergraduate Research and Academic Engagement (CRE) is working to promote diversity in the entrepreneurship sector by providing summer internships for first-generation college students (CARE-affiliated students) with business incubators and other related organizations across the state of Florida. In this program, you will gain hands-on experience and connections in entrepreneurship through working with incubator staff, startup companies, and mentors.
The Tech Fellows program exposes students to the everyday work of product development, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building. As a fellow, you will spend a dynamic summer embedded with an ecosystem-building organization and work alongside startup companies. The summer internship (minimum of 20 hours per week) may be face-to-face or virtual depending on the matching process between program partners and the Tech Fellows.
All information sessions will be held in room 3008 of the Honors, Scholars, and Fellows House and via the Zoom links below.
