Unconquered by Debt: Fall 2022 Financial Wellness Series

The Unconquered by Debt program is offering its Fall 2022 Financial Wellness Series to FSU students every Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8 p.m. in the Stavros Center for Economic Education.
The series promotes balanced financial choices for both current and future lifestyles. The content will include training and information about income, spending, insurance, saving, investment decisions, and more.
Students are required to sign up in advance and will enjoy a meal at every event. Please find the schedule of topics below.
September 6th & 8th: Career Essentials – Creating reasonable expectations for your future
September 13th & 15th: Building Blocks to Wealth – Start your journey to financial wellness
September 20th & 22nd: Money Management – Determining a healthy spending plan
September 27th & 29th: Credit Management – Understanding credit and debt, don’t overextend
October 4th & 6th: Risk Management – Protect your wealth, protect yourself
October 11th & 13th: Taxes – The role of taxes in your financial picture
October 18th & 20th: Car Facts – Making informed decisions about what you’ll drive
October 25th & 27th: Home Sweet Home – Investigating housing decisions
November 1st & 3rd: Investing Principles – Evaluating the risks and rewards of investing
November 8th & 10th: Stocks, Bonds, and Mutual Funds – Understanding investment types
November 15th & 17th: Retirement – It’s never too early to start planning
