Career Fair Week: Sept. 13-22

The Career Center has a full slate of career fairs and events scheduled for mid-September designed to connect students and alumni directly with employers! Nearly 350 different organizations are participating in Career Center events and are eager to network. FSU's largest career fairs, the STEM Career & Internship Fair and the Seminole Futures All Majors Career and Internship Fair headline the upcoming schedule. At both events, students will have an opportunity to take a professional headshot at the LinkedIn Photo Booth.
The STEM Career & Internship Fair will have more than 110 employers in the engineering, computer science, technology fields and others looking for students from all majors to fill full-time, part-time, internship and co-op positions. The LinkedIn Photo Booth will be open from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. during the fair.
More than 175 recruiters from corporate, non-profit and government-affiliated organizations will attend Seminole Futures. Professional headshots will be available at the LinkedIn Photo Booth from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Students and alumni can prepare for the fairs by taking advantage of résumé cafés and employer panels! The résumé cafés invite employers to campus to meet one-on-one and provide résumé critiques and advice. Meanwhile, employer panel topics include: preparing for the career fair experience; maximizing your 30 seconds with a recruiter; and being your authentic self at the career fair.
