Free Internet Safety for Parents Training Session

Internet Safety and Survivability for Parents

This message has been approved by Bill Hunkapiller, chief information security officer.

Join this free training session, Internet Safety and Survivability for Parents, to learn ways parents can be proactive in protecting their children and potential red flags as children immerse themselves into social media. The training is on Tuesday, November 16 from 1:30-2:30PM ET and will be presented by Josh Chancey of FBI Jacksonville.

In today’s society, children have access to the online world of games, education, social media and different applications more freely than ever before. They are learning how to use cell phones, tablets and computers at a much younger age, and the potential for predators and online bullying is more prevalent than many people are aware. Join us for this timely and telling session to learn how to better protect your family online.
