This message has been approved by Myrna Hoover, Director of The Career Center, for distribution to students.
The Career Center is now accepting applications for the Spring 2022 Internship Fund. Undergraduate and graduate students are invited to apply. If you're taking part in an internship or experiential learning opportunity and are worried about covering the associated costs like lost wages and professional attire, then the Internship Fund is for you.
The Career Center's Internship Fund provides financial support to students pursuing single-semester paid or unpaid career-related and formalized experiential learning opportunities. Examples of experiential learning that are considered for funding include research, fellowships, field work, practicums, service learning, internships, student teaching, significant volunteer work, clinical experience, and others.
To learn more about the Internship Fund, attend an info session:
- Thursday, Oct. 14 at 4 p.m. (Dunlap Success Center, Room 1006)
- Wednesday, Nov. 3 at 6 p.m. (virtual at fla.st/3GYNHH9A)
Applications must be submitted through FS4U by Nov. 8.
