Help Sessions: Dependent Eligibility Verification Audit (DEVA)

This message has been approved by Renisha Gibbs, Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Finance & Administration Chief of Staff, for distribution to all faculty and staff.
For your assistance, the Human Resources Benefits Office will host walk-in help sessions to answer questions about the Dependent Eligibility Verification Audit (DEVA). The audit is only for employees with dependents on health insurance or those enrolled in the Spouse Program.
Employees should bring their letter from Health Management Systems, Inc. (HMS) with them. If an employee does not receive a letter, or misplaces their letter, they can log on to https://verifyos.com and click on “I lost my reference number” to retrieve their reference number and access their file electronically.
Walk-in help sessions will be held at the Training Center at Stadium Place, located at 493 Stadium Drive.
- Tuesday, May 1, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 2, from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Computers will be available to use at the sessions. Please note that Benefits staff will not be able to accept or submit documentation on behalf of employees.
