Description: Grading is a major responsibility. Fair, effective grading can help motivate students to learn. However, grading can also be stressful and time-consuming. You might spend tons of time grading, but not be sure it is effective. You might worry that your grading scheme is not perfect. You might be struggling to decide if you have deducted too many points. Let's talk about all the concerns at our workshop. Together we can find strategies for grading with efficiency, effectiveness and equality.
