Qualtrics is Making Some Upgrades
This message has been approved by Byron Menchion, Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, FSU Information Technology Services, for distribution to faculty and staff.
Qualtrics has been slowly transitioning from Classic Reports to Advanced-Reports over the past 24 months. Advanced-Reports offers several benefits including a new simplified user experience, better application performance and increased stability in report generation.
On October 31, Qualtrics will remove the capability for FSU users to access Classic Reports in new and old projects, including scheduled emails and public reports. While Classic Reports is going away, it hasn’t been the default reporting method in Qualtrics for over a year, and most users won’t notice a difference.
To check if you have any reports in Classic Reports, follow the steps in the Exporting Qualtrics Classic Reports FAQ. Users with Classic Reports need to export the reports they wish to save and reupload them as Advanced-Reports to ensure continual use.
