One Week Boutique Returns to the Tucker Center

This message has been approved by Michael Williams, Associate Vice President for Finance and Administration, for distribution to faculty and staff.
One Week Boutique, a Fall pop up kids’ consignment event, will return to the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center this weekend from October 16-18th.
The One Week Boutique brings together great deals on quality used kids’ items from a large number of local consigning families. Gently used kids' items from hundreds of consignors will all be located in one place. Everything is organized by size, gender, and category for easy shopping. All patrons will be required to wear a mask while in the venue and asked to remain socially distant. Additionally, patrons are asked to bring their own bags to limit contact. The Tucker Center is enacting new policies and procedures to keep staff and patrons safe.
Below are the new policies & procedures that you can expect to see when coming to the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center:
Overview:
- Patrons will be required to wear a face mask while in the venue.
- The venue will follow social distancing protocols.
- We encourage patrons to utilize card transactions for all purchases to limit contact.
- Additional entrances and exits will be utilized.
- Signage has been posted to remind guests & staff to remain socially distant, wear face coverings, & practice good hygiene.
Working Personnel:
- All working personnel are required to wear face masks while in the venue.
- All staff must pass temperature screening & health questions before entry into the venue. Patrons are not required to go through this screening but are advised to not attend events if they have been exposed to or show symptoms of COVID-19.
Cleaning:
- Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the venue for patron and staff use.
- Upgraded the rating of the venue air filters from MERV 8 to MERV 13.
- Increased cleaning and sanitization of all high touch and high contact areas.
- Electrostatic sprayers will be used to disinfect prior to each event.
