FSU PrimaryHealth Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

This message has been approved by Doug Carlson, director of public affairs and communications at the College of Medicine, for distribution to all students, faculty and staff.

Join the College of Medicine as it celebrates the opening of FSU PrimaryHealth, a new primary-care health center in southwest Tallahassee. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 12:30 p.m. Friday, May 10, at 2911 Roberts Ave. The center was established to meet community health needs in Leon and surrounding counties. All care will be provided by board-certified faculty members of the College of Medicine.

Among those slated to attendĀ are Tallahassee Mayor John Dailey, Leon County Commissioner Jimbo Jackson, FSU Vice President for Finance and Administration Kyle Clark, Sabal Palm Elementary School Principal Anicia Robinson, College of Medicine Dean John P. Fogarty and Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Community Affairs Daniel Van Durme.

FSU PrimaryHealth will begin seeing patients Monday, May 13.
