FSU Faculty Lounge Open for Fall 2026

This year, The Lounge will be open to faculty on Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. starting on September 8th. Vice President Jeanette Taylor will again host a “Coffee with the VP” hour from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on most Tuesdays. Please come by and meet the VP and catch her up on your work.

For those who are new to FSU, The Lounge is provided as a space for faculty. Some use it for a break, some use it to work, and others use it as a meeting spot. Beth Moor Lounge on the first floor of the Longmire Building is an easy walk from anywhere on central campus, and there are complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks.
