Volunteers Needed for Nutrition Research Study at FSU

Researchers in the FSU Department of Health, Nutrition, and Food Sciences at Anne's College are seeking volunteers for a nutrition study examining how different dietary fats affect blood vessel health.
What's involved?
- Four weeks of provided whole-food meals
- Vascular and other metabolic health testing
Who can participate?
- Adults ages 40 to 70 years old
- Adults with a Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 25 kg/m2
Where will the study take place?
- Sandels Building (120 Convocation Way, Tallahassee, FL 32304)
