The Third Torch Volume 2 Issue 3 is Available Now

The Third Torch - Volume 2 Issue 3 (the Office of Compliance and Ethics quarterly newsletter) is now available! In this issue, we chart a path forward from the US Department of Justice's new rule on digital accessibility under Title II, analyze a gift scenario against a recent opinion by the Florida Commission on Ethics, and provide additional compliance reminders and support materials.
We hope to continually bring awareness of FSU’s compliance and ethics program and provide helpful resources for faculty and staff on common compliance and ethics issues, including requirements of the state ethics code, foreign influence compliance, and other topics.
