Join us for a presentation by Professor James R. May of Washburn Law, who will explore how international law frameworks address government responsibility in responding to climate change.

His talk draws on a recent petition submitted to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights on behalf of youth plaintiffs in the case of Juliana v. United States. The discussion will highlight how international courts and human rights principles inform global and national approaches to the climate challenge.
