FSU BehavioralHealth™ is a comprehensive psychiatric and counseling clinic providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to our community, specializing in mood and anxiety disorders. Telehealth and in-person appointments are available.

Among its treatment modalities is Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment approach for treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), phobias and related anxiety disorders. ERP involves gradually facing feared thoughts or situations (exposure) while intentionally refraining from compulsions (response prevention). Over time this process helps patients build distress tolerance, reduce avoidance and regain control over their lives.

FSU BehavioralHealth™ is a Mood and Anxiety Disorders Center of Excellence and a member of the National Network of Depression Centers. Telehealth appointments are available, as are in-person appointments at 2507 Callaway Rd., Tallahassee. The clinic can be reached by calling 850-644-6543. Information about FSU BehavioralHealth™ and the other clinical services offered through Florida Medical Practice Plan, Inc., can be found online.
