The College of Music has multiple upcoming events that you can enjoy this week. Find out which event works best for you. 

Thursday April 24

  • 5:30 p.m. Burgin Quartet Recital at the First Baptist Church
  • 7:30 p.m. Sinfonia/Campus Band Performance at Opperman Music Hall (OMH)

Friday April 25

  • 7:30 p.m. Seminole Swing Performance at Opperman Music Hall (OMH)

Saturday April 26 

  • 10 a.m. Pedagogy Practicum Recital at Westcott Room 060 (WES)
  • 2 p.m. Saxophone Orchestra Recital at Westcott Room 060 (WES)
  • 7 p.m. Early Music Ensemble Concert at Blue Tavern

Sunday April 27 

  • 2 p.m. Opera Scenes Performance at Opperman Music Hall (OMH)
  • 4 p.m. Tallahassee Community Chorus at Ruby Diamond Concert Hall (Ticketed Event)
  • 7:30 p.m. Concert Band Performance at Opperman Music Hall (OMH)

In addition to ensemble concerts, College of Music degree recitals will be taking place throughout the weekend. These solo performances serve as final projects for undergraduate and graduate students, highlighting the skills and repertoire they’ve developed over the semester. Recitals are free and open to the public.
