Homecoming Parade Has New, Shorter Route This Year

The annual Homecoming Parade, organized by the Student Alumni Association, will begin at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22. The parade has a new route this year and will head north out of the Civic Center parking lot along Macomb St., turn west along College Avenue, then south onto Copeland Street. Bert Kreischer (B.A. ’98), a stand-up comedian, actor and podcaster, will serve as grand marshal. The parade features the Marching Chiefs, FSU cheerleaders and floats made by student organizations.
