Ideathon Competitions Now Open for Fall 2024
This message has been approved by Dr. Susan Fiorito, Dean of the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship, for distribution to students, faculty and staff.
The Ideathon Competitions is hosted in the FSU Innovation Hub and is sponsored by Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship and Blackstone LaunchPad. 6 different competitions will take place in Fall 2024, these will be held from Noon to 1 p.m. on Fridays in the Innovation Hub.
Students can work by themselves or in a team to present an innovative, impactful, and feasible solution to ANY existing problem. Solutions may include business ideas, physical inventions, services, systems, apps, etc.
The student or team with the most votes will win $100 and their name engraved on the Ideathon trophy displayed in the Innovation Hub.
Fall 2024 Competition dates are:
- IDEATHON 1 - Friday, Sept. 6th
- IDEATHON 2 - Friday, Sept. 20th
- IDEATHON 3 - Friday, Oct. 4th
- IDEATHON 4 - Friday, Oct. 18th
- IDEATHON 5 - Friday, Nov. 1st
- IDEATHON 6 - Friday, Nov. 15th
