Enhancements to Campus Tech Support

Introducing an enhanced myFSU Service Center experience

Information Technology Services (ITS) is committed to providing a more secure and streamlined process for campus technology services. One way we are doing this is by simplifying how to request technology support.

Starting July 1, customers can request support for all services or report a problem to ITS via myFSU Service Center.

This change brings all ITS service requests together in one place, making myFSU Service Center a hub for requesting a technology service or reporting a problem and eliminating the Technology Service Request (TSR) and Repair Request (RN) forms.
