This message has been approved by Dr. Felicia Williams, Director of Student Engagement, for distribution to students, faculty and staff.
The Big Event Tallahassee is the largest, one-day, student-run service project where students from FSU, FAMU and TSC will come together to say 'thank you' to the city of Tallahassee.
The "Little" Event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, where students will volunteer at various service sites around Tallahassee.
Check-in will occur outside of the FSU Student Union from 8:15 to 8:45 a.m., and a quick breakfast will be provided.
Volunteers should wear athletic clothes and closed-toed shoes and bring a water bottle. If you're interested in participating in this great volunteer opportunity, here's the link to sign up! https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScKrXiBWqHJSBJ5sLs6FWdEeR2WtRltyQI03xcA-eKaW1UBLQ/viewform
