Supporting the FSU Community: The Food for Thought Pantry

FSU

This message has been approved by the Divison of Student Affairs for distribution to faculty, staff and students.

We are heartbroken but find solace in giving back to our community. The Pantry will be here for any students who need us. As part of the Department of Student Support & Transitions, the Food for Thought Pantry is dedicated to supporting student success by providing free food to currently enrolled FSU students experiencing food insecurity. Our mission is to reduce hunger, promote proper nutrition and ensure that every FSU student has the opportunity to succeed.

The Pantry partners with Second Harvest of the Big Bend and an array of on- and off-campus partners to stock our shelves and refrigerators. In addition to services based out of the primary Pantry location, the Pantry participates in and hosts events related to food access and SNAP benefits across campus.

To learn more about how to utilize or donate to the Pantry, visit dsst.fsu.edu/foodpantry or email foodpantry@fsu.edu.
