StarMetro invites you to complete a brief evaluation about your satisfaction with the Seminole Express. This survey will inform StarMetro on current ridership patterns as well as reasons you do or do not ride the Seminole Express. The questionnaire gives you an opportunity to provide feedback to StarMetro including route coverage, driver courtesy, on-time performance, amenities, and more. All students, faculty, and staff can complete this survey whether or not they use the Seminole Express. Participating in the survey ensures that StarMetro provides the best service it can to all FSU students, faculty, and staff as it looks to provide an equitable and sustainable future for the City of Tallahassee.
