The 2024 Relay For Life main event will take place from 12 p.m.-12 a.m. Saturday, April 13, in the Student Union Ballrooms. Every year we raise upwards of $100,000 for the American Cancer Society through the help of over 1,000 FSU students involved with our organization. This is our biggest event! During the main event, all the teams and individuals participating in Relay For Life raise money by selling items at their tables while someone from each team takes turns walking laps to symbolize that cancer never sleeps. There are games and activities such as tug-a-war, relay races, silent disco, hair cutting, hourly performances from local bands and student organizations, and a different theme every hour.
