The Center for Health Advocacy and Wellness (CHAW) invites all faculty, staff, and administrators to join us for an upcoming Green Dot Faculty and Staff Bystander Intervention Training on Thursday, December 18th from 1PM – 4PM.

Green Dot is a bystander intervention initiative that recognizes that most people care about the high prevalence of power-based personal violence but don’t always have the tools to be part of the solution. Green Dot works to change campus culture by activating people who may not have been directly impacted by power-based personal violence, emphasizing that prevention is everyone’s responsibility.

This training focuses on practical ways faculty and staff can contribute to a safer campus, interrupt moments of concern, and support individuals who have experienced harm.
