Register for Cultural Graduation Ceremony

This message has been approved by Dr. Joi Phillips, director of the Center for Leadership & Social Change, for distribution to students.
The Center for Leadership & Social Change, in partnership with the Center for Academic Retention & Enhancement (CARE), Student Government Association, University Housing, and the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, is proud to host Florida State University's cultural graduation ceremony, V-rak-ke-ce-tv, on April 21 and 22.
The name "V-rak-ke-ce-tv" is the Seminole Creek phrase meaning "to honor" as we seek to honor students' accomplishments through their journey, honor their families and friends for their continued support, and honor what it truly means to be a Seminole.
Current plans to honor graduates this semester include offering limited capacity in-person ceremonies as well as a virtual ceremony. Capacity for the ceremonies is still limited, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration will be posted on the program's website on Friday, Feb. 26 at 12 p.m. and will close on March 12.
