Rebuilding After Trauma
A Telehealth Treatment Group For Survivors Of Sexual Assault
- Are you age 18 or older?
- Are you a survivor of sexual assault?
- Do you sometimes blame yourself?
- Has your response to the trauma impacted your daily functioning?
The FSU Psychology Clinic is currently offering evidence-based treatment for sexual assault survivors to address reactions to traumatic events and reclaim their lives. This group will be conducted via ZOOM and is open to individuals in Florida.
About Group Treatment:
- Cognitive Processing Therapy is an evidence-based treatment that will be administered in a group setting via Telehealth by trained therapists at the FSU Psychology clinic.
- Group members will learn to address their response to traumatic events and to rebuild their trust in themselves and others.
Group Information and Requirements:
- One weekly 90-minute session conducted on Zoom for 12 weeks
- Cost: $8 per session
- Start date: Spring/Summer 2022
