Counseling & Psychological Services is fully committed to the health and wellness of our students. We are offering Telemental Health Services (through Zoom), in-person services, and Telephonic Crisis Support to students. Call us at 850-644-TALK (8255) to talk to a clinician today. Counseling & Psychological Services is available on the second floor of the Askew Student Life Center should anyone need to speak with a counselor.

Students can also attend psychoeducational workshops via Zoom which focus on anxiety and depression.

No matter how well-educated we become, we all could use a hand in facing the challenges that life presents. Counseling & Psychological Services is a welcoming and confidential place to come and we are here to help! We are enthusiastic about assisting our students with all kinds of questions and concerns associated with their mental health.

Our licensed and professionally-trained staff offer counseling services to those currently enrolled at FSU in a variety of ways: through immediate triage services, one-on-one sessions, couples sessions, group sessions and around-the-clock crisis intervention services (850-644-TALK). Because student fees cover these services, there is no out-of-pocket expense for any visit.
