Operation CyberSAFE Escape Room

Cybersecurity has never been so ... top secret.
ITS is taking a page out of Ethan Hunt’s book and celebrating Cybersecurity Awareness Month Mission Impossible style!
And speaking of missions, come show us your mad secret agent skills in our Operation CyberSAFE Escape Room. To play in the on-campus escape room, head over to Westcott Fountain for your first assignment. Find the QR code, give it a scan and start escaping! To play virtually, open the myFSU Mobile app and click the Operation CyberSAFE icon.
Become agent Evan Hind as you are tasked with your most difficult mission yet: protecting FSU from notorious cyberhacker, Anonymous. Save the day by solving the riddles, breaking the codes and hacking the hacker. Our escape room will run from Monday, October 11 until Sunday, October 24.
Before you start your escape, brush up on your secret agent knowledge by watching the legend himself in action with our two-day showing of Mission Impossible: Fallout at the SLC. Come early and try your hand at one of three mini escape room tasks to potentially win free popcorn! Mission Impossible: Fallout will be showing October 7 at 7PM and October 8 at 10PM. Visit the SLC webpage for more info: fla.st/4EKZVLFM
ITS will also be hosting a series of cybersecurity training sessions throughout the month of October available to FSU students, faculty and staff. These training courses will be hosted virtually on zoom and range in topics from how to spot phishing attempts to understanding what the Security Operations Center does at FSU.
