Attention FSU master’s students! The Jim Moran School of Entrepreneurship is pleased to announce our first graduate-level introduction to entrepreneurship class in our new master’s program in Textiles and Apparel Entrepreneurship. Foundations of Entrepreneurship and Leadership will be offered once a year, every fall semester, starting this Fall 2019 term and is available to all FSU graduate students across campus. If you are interested in taking this course, with permission from your academic or faculty advisor, please email the Jim Moran School graduate coordinator at kblanchard@jimmoranschool.fsu.edu.

The objective of this course is to develop an understanding of the foundations of entrepreneurial behavior, by providing a broad survey of entrepreneurship and leadership topics. Students will be exposed to different types of entrepreneurship and the class will cover an array of topics that span from idea generation through venture formation, financing, scaling, and leading the entrepreneurial venture. At the same time, the instructor will help students build knowledge and skills to be a successful entrepreneur.
