#MSDStrong Vigil Tonight
This message has been approved by Dr. Amy Hecht, Vice President for Student Affairs, for distribution to students.
The #MSDStrong Vigil will be an opportunity for togetherness. Please join us for a time of community and remembrance on February 14, 2019. The vigil will begin at 5pm and take place in the Moore Courtyard. Light refreshments sponsored by Sigma Delta Tau will be served immediately following the vigil.
STUDENT RESOURCES
University Counseling Center (UCC) provides confidential crisis and counseling services to students who are coping with overwhelming circumstances. These services include but are not limited to crisis counseling, ongoing individual and group counseling, mental health outreach, and community intervention. UCC services are available 24 hours a day: Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm by visiting the second floor (suite 250) of the Askew Student Life Building, or by calling 850-644-TALK (8255) to speak with an on-call crisis counselor after 4pm, on weekends, and holidays.
Dean of Students Department Case Management team provides immediate support to students experiencing a difficult time or a crisis situation. Case Management assists in connecting students to immediate resources on campus and can provide faculty notification due to crisis. Case Management Services are available 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday in 4100 of University Center A for walk-ins. You may also call the Dean of Students Department at 850-644-2428.
Victim Advocate Program (VAP) provides confidential support services to students, staff or faculty who have experienced a victimization or traumatic event. These services include but are not limited to crisis intervention, academic support, education and advocacy through legal, medical or student conduct processes. VAP services are available 24 hours a day: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm by visiting UCA 4100 or calling 850-644-7161 and after 5pm, weekends and holidays by calling FSUPD at 850-644-1234 and requesting to speak to an advocate. The caller does not need to leave any information but a phone number.

Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Fund
This fund supports students attending FSU who graduated from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. This fund will serve as an emergency fund for those students who may have financial distress.
