Whether you are a student, faculty or staff member at Florida State University, there has come a time when you have needed to use a Microsoft program. Maybe you needed to use Microsoft Excel for your accounting class, or maybe your department started using Microsoft Teams to manage projects. However, if you have never used these programs before, they can appear quite complicated. But that ends today!

FSU Information Technology Services is excited to announce a new partnership with Microsoft that brings free, live training classes to FSU students, faculty and staff. Beginning during the month of September, every Tuesday at either 11:00AM or 3:00PM ET, there will be a live online training session taught by Microsoft professionals which will be available for anyone to attend via Microsoft Teams. These live courses will cover a multitude of topics such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Microsoft Accessibility and Teaching with Minecraft, just to name a few. Excitedly, there are 40 different programs being offered, so no matter what program you are hoping to learn, there will be something for everyone.
