Mental Health First Aid Training – Become a Certified Mental Health First Aider

FSU Counseling & Psychological Services invites FSU staff, faculty, and student leaders to participate in a Mental Health First Aid Training this fall.

What You’ll Learn:

How to identify signs and symptoms of mental health challenges.

How to approach and support someone in crisis.

How to connect individuals with appropriate resources.
Why It Matters:
Mental Health First Aid equips you with the tools to support someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis—similar to CPR, but for mental health. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Mental Health First Aid Certification.
