Come feed your brain at the 2019 MagLab Open House! This FREE event is your chance to see the only magnet lab in the US and the largest and highest-powered magnet lab in the world! There's something for visitors of every age: hands-on demonstrations, self-guided tours of our world-record magnets, delicious food, and the chance to interact with our expert scientists. At this year’s food-themed event, we'll be exploring the delicious pairing of FOOD and SCIENCE with special demonstrations including a liquid nitrogen ice cream, glowing pickles, a potato cannon, magnetic apples, molecular cuisine, food dye chromatography and more.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Feb. 23 at the National MagLab at 1800 E. Paul Dirac Drive.
