ITS Shares Voice of the Community Feedback and Next Steps

This message has been approved by Jane Livingston, Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer, for distribution to faculty and staff.
Over Summer 2019, Information Technology Services (ITS) embarked on a university-wide listening campaign. The goal of the Voice of the Community campaign was to appreciate the current climate towards ITS, articulate expectations of technology used throughout FSU and communicate to the university community that we are listening and care about their perceptions of our organization. Through conversations with 125 faculty, staff and students, four major themes took shape: collaboration, communication, contact and process confusion and continuous support. In short, the university needs more from ITS. More collaboration. More communication. More connections. More support. Over the next several months ITS will begin using this feedback to move ITS towards a more collaborative and customer-centric organization.
