Trouble connecting to Wi-Fi? Have a payroll question? Wondering about a registration hold?

We got you.

Information Technology Services (ITS) just launched a new, user-friendly support system. The new myFSU Service Center has an entirely new look and makes it easier than ever to get help with general university questions, tech troubles and more at FSU.

To get started, sign in with your FSUID and password at: servicecenter.fsu.edu

From here, use the new, intuitive webform to submit a case for whatever you need—whether it’s requesting access to a new service or reporting a problem with an existing service. Our IT professionals will work with you to find a solution.

Or, use the new search bar feature to look for self-help articles. Search hundreds of FAQs and how-to instructions for everything from syncing your email to your phone to lifting a registration hold for quick, DIY troubleshooting.

The entire myFSU Service Center system is designed with you in mind. We built everything in a sleek, mobile-friendly webform, simplified the dropdown menus and made it easier to chat with support professionals who are solving your case. All this to make sure your case is solved as quickly as possible.
