FSU Faculty Lounge Open for Fall 2026
This message has been approved by Vice President Jeanette Taylor.
First, the bad news: The Lounge will NOT be open on October 13.
Second, the good news: The Lounge will open again on October 20 and be available to faculty the remainder of fall semester.
Come join us on Tuesdays between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Faculty can visit with VP Taylor most Tuesday mornings between 8:00 - 9:00. Beyond that, colleagues from the College of Arts & Sciences and the College of Music have been coming to The Lounge to work alone or together, taking breaks to visit when needed.
If you have not tried this space yet, please do. It is relaxed and welcoming. Beth Moor Lounge on the first floor of the Longmire Building is an easy walk from anywhere on central campus.
